]]> This project concerns a town planning proposal within the framework of the Special Town Planning Plan (EPS) tool of art. 8 of Law 4447/2016, for developing a high-end Tourism complex including 4* and 5* hotels, tourist residences and a tourist port facility. At the same time, the firm conducted a tourist identity study for the island, highlighting the importance of “land”, meaning the importance of the primary sector and current island morphology. Finally, the study supports the evolution on an expanded tourism model strongly connected to the island’s “land values”.
